Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

  • Gift returns

  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review your request and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. Email jamie@frankiesbeauty.com with damaged or defective item claims.
